Tip #1: Hydrate 💦
Drink up! Staying hydrated not only helps flush out toxins but prevents skin from becoming dry, tight, flakey and dull. Hydration is especially key in the summer months when our skin is more exposed to dehydrators like the sun, dry humidity and pollution.
The good news is just drinking your 8 glasses of water a day will keep skin optimally hydrated, plump and glowing!
Not a fan of water? Try flavored seltzer or infusing real fruit, such as frozen grapes, strawberries or slices of refreshing cucumber, instead.
Tip #2: Swap in fresh fruit for sugar 🍓
As much as we love them, carbs and sweets can cause skin to become puffy. Curb your sweet tooth with your favorite fruit instead. Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, they help hydrate and nourish, for younger-looking skin.
Tip #3: Get your beauty sleep 😴
When you feel rested, you look rested! The less sleep you get the more dark circles, swollen eyes, wrinkles and fine lines you’ll see. That’s because sleep gives your skin a chance to repair itself.
