Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal at MDSolarSciences. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your MDSolarSciences’ product, please contact us to arrange for a return authorization, and exchange or refund, within 30 days of purchase. Products should be returned or exchanged in their original packaging with your order number and name written clearly on a note inside the box. Refunds and exchanges will be for the amount of original purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to provide return labels. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible once the products are returned to our shipping and returns center. We will make every effort to process returns within 5 days but it can take up to 2 weeks. We suggest that all returns be sent through FedEx, UPS or USPS.
