We try our best to ship all orders in a timely manner, typically within 2-3 business days. Orders must be placed by Noon EST for overnight/rushed shipping Monday – Friday.

We ship to the contiguous United States + Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and USVI. We do not yet ship internationally from www.mdsolarsciences.com. If you need international shipping, you can shop our products on Amazon; they ship to Canada and a few other countries outside the U.S.
Note: Due to temporary shipping issues, we cannot ship our QuickDry Spray and KidSpray to Hawaii, Alaska, PR and the USVI. We are working to resolve the issue.

If your order was placed after 8:30 am, changes must be requested prior to 11 am by mailing info@mdsolarsciences.com.
If your order was placed after 12 pm, changes must be requested before 4:00 pm the next day by emailing that same address.
We cannot guarantee the change can be made.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ShopPay, PayPal, AmazonPay, FSA/HSA and AfterPay.

Can I use my FSA/HSA dollars on the MDSolarSciences website?
Yes, you can use your FSA/HSA dollars to purchase all MDSolarSciences SPF products. This includes all SPF product collections, Kids SPF and Lip SPF. Just use your FSA/HSA card like you would your credit card at checkout (If you'd rather use your regular credit card, you can also email us for an itemized receipt to file a claim.)
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Reimbursements are determined by your individual insurance plan/provider. While all SPF/sunscreen products are eligible, your insurance provider has final say in whether or not you will be reimbursed. MDSolarSciences does not have control over what insurance providers deem as eligible for reimbursement.

Please email info@mdsolarsciences.com with a description of the product + order number. If you can add a photo of the damage, that is always helpful and can fasten the process.

Customer satisfaction is important to us at MDSolarSciences. For customer service please email us at info@mdsolarsciences.com.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are considered within 15 days of purchase. Products are only eligible for return if unopened and should be returned in their original packaging with the packing slip. (Exceptions include adverse skin reactions or faulty/defected/damaged product). If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 day of delivery.
MD Solar Sciences reserves the right to deny refund in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
Refunds and exchanges will be for the amount of original purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible once the products are returned to our shipping and returns center. We will make every effort to process returns within 5 days. All returns returns should be sent through FedEx, UPS or USPS.

If you have a favorite MDSolarSciences product that you use regularly, you can sign up for au automated subscription and pick the refill pace that make the most sense for you. You will then receive your product every 30, 60 or 90 days and enjoy a price reduction on that item.

You can manage your subscription via the email you received when subscribing.
If you are unable to locate it, please email info@mdsolarsciences.com and we will resend it.

Yes, any changes or cancellations to your subscription must be made 48 hours in advance of the ship date.

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal at MDSolarSciences. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your MDSolarSciences’ product, please contact us to arrange for a return authorization, and exchange or refund, within 30 days of purchase. Products should be returned or exchanged in their original packaging with your order number and name written clearly. Refunds and exchanges will be for the amount of original purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
