How do you know or remember when to put on more sunscreen?
As part of our system of sun protection products, MD SolarSciences offers Sol ALERT personal UV detectors packaged with every sunscreen. These devices measure UV Index (UVI) and help consumers to guard themselves from the dangers of UV radiation through a color-changing warning system based on real-time UV exposure. By means of a patent-pending easy to read UV index scale, these sensors indicate a “time to sunburn” by skin type. SolALERT comes as a Wristband and a UV card.
